Returns & Refunds policy

We only accept return or exchanges if the product has a manufacturing defect that can not be fixed.

• Return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.

• Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact while the return

Exclusion:

• Shedding

• Fiber Sprouting

• Rolling Marks

• Color Variance

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery
